 Paul began training seriously in January 2011 and has loved motivating people to reach their goals since the day he began. His physique and relentless work ethic both in and outside of the gym is what has made him stand out in the fitness community.

​My ideal client is anyone with a goal, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard. That’s really it. 

My training is based off of building strength. Cardio is overrated for fat loss. If you're stronger, you can do many more things with your body. My training is based off of these principles:

  • You need a plan. Anyone can make you do hundreds of burpees and make you feel sore, but why? My programs are structured to have you progressively build toward your ultimate goal. 

  • Set PRs (personal records) every month. This is how you get stronger and build muscle/lose weight.

  • Results come from consistent hard work over time, and should be approached with this in mindset. You need months of progressive work.

  • Training should be fun. My programs are built on simple, proven principles, but my methods are always changing and evolving so you don’t get stuck in a rut of doing the same thing over and over again. Simple is best. Advanced workouts are made from the simplest workouts.

  • The program works…if you do. I can’t do the work for you. Sorry.

  • You should have a dog with you at all workouts. Just kidding. But bonus points if you bring one.
